Procesess

Product Development
The apparel product development stage begins when a conceptual garment design is received from the client, marking the initial stage of introducing a new style. In this process, we convert a sketch or design into a two-dimensional patterns and are crafted to embody the design, cut out, and assembled into a prototype. This prototype undergoes review and revision until a sample is approved. Progressing to manufacturing, the product development team conducts grading before placing the pattern pieces in a lay plan or marker, ready to be cut from bulk cloth, and the garment parts are then sent for manufacturing.
